TESTIMONIALS
"INTEGRITY"
April 17, 2014To Whom it May Concern,This letter is to share some thoughts I have regarding J.R. Hildebrand from timeworking with him at MDE International, Inc. As a leader, I believe he is top notch. He has a strong sense of integrity which was most evident when MDEannounced staffing cutbacks as of December, 2013. Instead of springing thenews the day of layoffs, he informed employees early and gave people the optionof using him as a positive reference while considering other employment.J.R. reliably takes the high road in situations in coworkers are being unfocusedor distracting. He keeps his interactions forward-moving and open. He gaveemployees the opportunity to voice opinions and be themselves without lettingthem take over meetings. He kept an environment of respect for everyone heinteracted with. When presented with a problem, he finds sensible solutions. Heis organized and thorough and he follows through on what he sets out to do.I enjoyed the time I spent working for J.R. I know he invests his best energy andskills into any project he takes on and I wish him the best of luck in all futureendeavors.Sincerely,Auden Ledahl(720) 984-9716aledahl@me.com
BEST PRACTICES...
Detailed, Professional
May 3, 2014
To: To Whom It May Concern
From: Steve Kady
Subject: JR Hildebrand
I spent 42 years as a photojournalist for two Denver television stations. (1961-2003) During that time period, I experienced 25 immediate supervisors and 9 station managers.
After retiring, I decided to do something new. I became a professional Class B (p2) driver and found myself driving trucks in the Toyota/Hino proto-type testing program with MDE International.
I first met JR in August of 2010. He was transferred by MDE into our test truck unit from Navistar to become our immediate supervisor for the Toyota/Hino Truck program.
As previously indicated, I have worked for a lot of supervisors in my time, but JR Hildebrand is one of the best. He shows no favorites. He expects honesty and integrity. In return he showed respect to the employee and to his employer.
While working for JR, I encountered no problems with his work ethics or his ability to communicate with workers. No matter what happened while on the job, you could go to JR in confidence and discuss whatever problem you had and come away feeling better.
A few folks had to be fired because of stupid decisions that they made. I never saw anyone that was fired hold a grudge against JR. They knew that they deserved it.
JR always wanted to know if you had a problem during your shift. He could be contacted at all hours of the day and night without fear of criticism or reprisal.
When it comes to being detailed, JR is one of the best. He is meticulous about recording information that is important to a project. A very detailed person, but not to the point of annoyance.
JR Hildebrand was always a pleasure to work for. He is courteous, respectful, kind, firm, thoughtful, precise, positive, encouraging, and professional.
It was a true pleasure to work for JR Hildebrand.

Subject: Reference letter To whom it may concern,
My name is Joe Frey and this is a reference letter for J.R. Hildebrand, whom I have had the great pleasure to work with in the past. I have worked in the fields of Law Enforcement, Security, Fire/Rescue and Transportation. In every one of those fields I have held the position of supervisor. JR was my supervisor in the transportation industry, test driving prototype commercial trucks for Navistar. In my opinion JR is of superb moral character who is highly respected by his peers and superiors alike. I have no doubt that JR does not need this letter to show you what an incredible person he is, but I wanted to write it anyway. I'm sure you'll get many letters just like this about JR, which should let you know what kind of fabulous individual you're dealing with here.
Sincerely,
Joe Frey

For all those in review of: J R Hildebrand
My name is Terry W. Pufahl. I was employed by MDE International from March 2012 until March 2013.
I am providing this letter to bring to light J R ‘s abilities as a leader, manager and mentor.
While employed with MDE under J R ‘s leadership I noticed the “crew” was well organized, well trained and more than willing to exceed expectations, which we often did. The work atmosphere was light and yet professional and productive.
On several occasions J R and I spoke privately and during our conversations he provided me with information from his past that helped me with knowledge to make an informed decision. What I gained from the conversations I have used in a number of professional decisions.
It would be a great addition to any business to have J R on their management team as they move forward in today’s business atmosphere.
